Sean's Plumbing and Drain

At the center of field operations, complex diagnostic troubleshooting, and technical excellence at Sean's Plumbing and Drain is Owner and Operator Sean Coubrough. Serving residential homeowners and commercial property managers throughout New Haven County, Connecticut, and surrounding regional communities, Sean brings over 18 years of dedicated plumbing experience to every service call. Grounded in a commitment to rapid response, mechanical accuracy, and complete transparency, Sean leads his locally owned business with the hands-on expertise required to resolve tough plumbing, piping, and drainage challenges.

Sean’s primary area of technical expertise encompasses complete residential and commercial plumbing systems, emergency drain cleaning, hydronic heating systems, and advanced diagnostic troubleshooting. Plumbing infrastructure is often hidden behind walls and beneath concrete slabs, where minor leaks, pressure imbalances, or unseen blockages can lead to catastrophic structural damage if misdiagnosed. Sean specializes in pinpointing complex, hard-to-find plumbing failures—utilizing specialized diagnostic equipment, pressure-testing protocols, and advanced mechanical analysis to locate root causes quickly, preventing unnecessary property destruction and saving clients time and money.

To stay ahead of evolving building technologies and energy-efficient water heating standards, Sean has pursued specialized advanced trade education, including factory-certified On-Demand Water Heater Training. Sean is officially Navien Certified for high-efficiency tankless water heater installation, maintenance, and complex system repair. Tankless water heating systems require precise gas line sizing, complex electrical connections, venting calculations, and specialized scaling controls. Sean’s advanced factory certification guarantees that every tankless water heater installation is engineered for maximum energy efficiency, long-term operational lifespan, and endless hot water supply.

Over 18 Years of New Haven County Heritage, 24/7 Service & Industry-Leading Warranties

Unlike high-volume corporate franchises that penalize clients for after-hours calls, Sean operates with a strict customer-first policy: zero overtime fees, ensuring fast, fair, and accessible service at any hour of the day or night.

Sean believes that quality workmanship should always be backed by long-term accountability. Every job completed under Sean’s supervision is supported by a comprehensive 1-Year Labor Warranty alongside a 90-Day Parts Warranty, offering property owners total confidence in the durability of their repairs. From routine drain cleaning and faucet replacements to whole-house re-piping and commercial grease trap maintenance, Sean ensures every project is executed to exact local building codes and rigorous internal standards.
